# Aurora SaaS board-model prompt

This is the exact fictional dataset used for the OpenCraft workbook run on August 24, 2026. Do not browse the web or replace any value with outside data.

## Task

Create an editable Excel workbook for a CFO and board. Include three sheets:

1. `Inputs`, containing every source value below.
2. `Model`, containing formula-driven monthly customer, revenue, gross-profit, cash-flow, and ending-cash calculations.
3. `Dashboard`, containing June KPIs, monthly MRR and ending-cash charts, plus explicit reconciliation checks.

Use formulas for every derived value. Keep source inputs visually distinct. Make the workbook readable at normal zoom. Check the finished workbook for formula errors and broken references before delivering it.

## Opening assumptions

- Opening customers on January 1, 2026: 100
- Opening cash on January 1, 2026: $500,000

## Definitions

- Ending customers = starting customers + new customers - churned customers
- MRR = ending customers × ARPA
- Gross profit = MRR × gross margin
- Net cash flow = gross profit - payroll - other opex
- Ending cash = prior ending cash + current-month net cash flow
- MRR growth = June MRR ÷ January MRR - 1
- Cash runway = June ending cash ÷ absolute June net cash flow when June net cash flow is negative

Add checks that independently reconcile June ending customers and June ending cash to zero.
